COLLECTIONS

The main collections in the Arboretum are:

Japanese cherry trees (Prunus), with a hundred trees of 70 different varieties; apple trees (Malus), oaks and beeches (Quercus); lime trees and camellias, with more than 350 varietals; and maples (Acer), with more than 300 different taxa

You will find century-old oaks and chestnut trees. Most of the new collections are young trees but with a size that allows to observe and appreciate their characteristics. Others will need time...
